Asda

I have been online ordering from asda,

I have been online ordering from asda, without too much trouble for sometime, until recently. I placed an order and went back in to update it, and asda had deleted a large majority of it due to unavailabity of items, they were available when i placed the order.!! It is their way of getting out of providing substitutes at a price match, their own policy. If i place an order and it is accepted, i expect to receive it or what is the point of ordering. Also there was no communication that they had done this. I have contacted customer services twice, what a joke they are, they just didnt care, what a shambles they are, last email to me said, your comments are noted.!!!! Have moved to tescos.
