normally shop at asda 2-3times per week

normally shop at asda 2-3times per week and have also worked in asda store at Ayr, Scotland. usually have excellent experience and would say i was a loyal customer. however, after todays visit i must rethink my loyalty. a wandering shopping trolley hit my car in carpark and subsequently scratched and dented the drivers door. i approached 2 porters, who's job i believe involves collecting trolleys, and explained what happened and that trolley had hit further 2 cars in its travels. i was then verbally abused by elder porter who was rude and aggressive and DARED me to report him. which i did, i am still waiting on manager to contact me! ASDA standards of customer care - non-existent if you ask me!!!!!
