What a fantastic service, shopping arrived on time and I even received a phone call to inform me that my shopping would me with me in the next few minutes, I was a very happy customer, that was untill, I noticed that there was something not right with my bank balance.
After a noumber of phone call and a e-mail or two I found out that ASDA had 84.12 (of MY MONEY) in a holding account( this was the total amount of my money before any shortages had be deducted) and also £75.10 had been debited from my account. I contacted them to ask them to release the funds and they told me that they are not able to and I should contact my bank, after a phone call hear and a phone call there I was given a a time scale of 5- 10 days, but after receiving a e-mail this morning I was informed that if there are issues ( like a customer asking for there money back) it can take up to six months for the money to be released back into my account.
