The customer service at Asda pontprennau

The customer service at Asda pontprennau cardiff is appalling!
My 37 year old brother attempted to purchase alcohol and was questioned about his age as they thought he looked under 25 years old. A fool can tell that he looks over 25! However I accept the law and there policy, despite their poor training and ignorance in this matter.
They asked him for identification, but he did not have any on him. Myself and my father were both there to witness and vouch for his age, but the security staff and management couldn't care less. They were very rude and despite our polite protestation, he was asked to get identification. When he returned to the store with his identification they treated him like dirt and refused to apologies for humiliating him and wasting his time even though they clearly made a mistake. All they had to say was "we are sorry for the inconvenience we have caused you, but please undertsand our policy and the law"
However the manager was very obnoxious. This is the worst display of customer service I have ever seen and the management displayed no management or people skills. I shall never shop there again.
