i don't recommend asda to any one

i don't recommend asda to any one they done me over twice with in a week i got an acer laptop from them a month ago it crashed and i phoned them they said there was nothing they could do as i had lost the recipt. Then i got a tv from them last year a dual tv dvd combi i phoned them 8 weeks ago and told them the tube had went on it the colour was like it was running down the screen they said i needed the recipt i couldn't find it then but they said as soon as i found it they would give me a refund i found it today 8 week's after i phoned them and they said because it was 4 week's out they could do nothing. I have spent over £5000 in the last 5 years on electrical products from that shop but as from now on i'll go else where.
