Really Awful Service. Its easy to order

Really Awful Service. Its easy to order stuff online, but in the lap of the gods if you ever get it. Often later then arranged. Or item missing, and you have to spend the rest of the day chasing them. They promise Compensation which you never get, the promise vouchers which you never get. I it was just the once I could understand it, but its every week. If it was just our house I would think there was a problem with me, but its everyone we know is having the same problems. Hopeless and very bad for a company this size. We will be shifting to Tescos.
