If you cannot buy something in-store,

If you cannot buy something in-store, don't bother trying to explain what it is you want, because their H/o customer service department, just do not listen to a word you say or write.
(1) there actually is no on-line Customer Services
Department. Only their delivery Service.
(2) the http://www.asda.co.uk/corp/home.html leads
you to "Hello, we're the ASDA Customer Services
Team. If there's anything you need, click on
'Contact Us' and we'll be happy to help ".
Help ? hinder more like, because they answer
your query with corporate speak!!!

So as I say, only buy it, if you can see it and it never comes on Tuesday's lorry.
