Because your stores are not near me, and

Because your stores are not near me, and i work full time your special offers for my granchildern are quite difficult to get hold of. This is because you do not have apolicy where customers can pay over the phone with some sort of card. I find this very difficult as you may have item in one store and not in another. My wife recently phoned up your head office to try and get hold of an item which had been sold out in my area, the lady said she would try and find the item near to me as the only area that had this item, was more than 80 miles from my house, and this particalar item was not going to be bought again this year. The Lady never phoned my wife back to let her know if any of your stores apart from the ones we visited had the item.I am very upset as i have always liked Asda, for their quality and prices. In the near future one of your store is going to be built not far from where i live, but wether i shop their remains to be see.
