Asda

i orderec online as it was

i orderec online as it was convienent,having friends round etc,my order was quite alot,dcelivery slot 6-8pm,8.15 i rang the customer services to see where my order was,they called the milton keynes asda,spoke to deputy manager,steve,customer services rang me back and said this steve would ring with an update.which he didn't,so i rang customer services again,this time I was told they were running 1/2 hour 45 mins late.this is now 1/4 to 9 so i thought it will be here any minute.noooooooo rang the customer services again at 9.15 they said they would be in touch with me when they knew what was happening...it's now tuesday,still waiting!!
I'm so pleased Asda can afford to lose my custom and quite a few others..
