I have used Adsa delivery service for sevral months now. Out of neccesity more than anything. Always hoping that they get it right this time, but they rarly have.They have put chicken in place of quorn, we are vegis,half my shopping missing and a very long phone call to just get my money back. People on the call centre with bad english, so you struggle to understand them and they you. The best came today. I am at home with stitches in my stomach. I was slow to answer the door and they were gone. I phoned straight away, they said the shopping manager would phone me back and arrange to re-deliver. I got no call and so had no milk for my breakfast. I phoned them again this morning. Spoke to a helpful woman that said she herself would phone me back. Ten minutes later she informed me that my shopping had been cancelled. I was not happy, what ever happened to informing me of what was going on, I could of sorted something else had I known that I was not getting my shopping, its just plain rude. There custermer care is a lot less than simply poor its more a minus 5.
