Another unhappy customer i'm very sad to say!!
I love the whole concept of Asda home delivery and everything would be pretty much perfect had it not been for the fact that the fresh items that i have ordered all have such a short shelf life :( meaning i have to either give away the food that i cannot fit into my small freezer or eat 7-10 days worth of food in 3-4.

Disappointed with the items that were delivered as most of the fresh items had the best before date as the day of delivery or within the next few days so the items i purchased to last the next 10 days are going to have to be eaten within the next few days, items such as fresh meat, poultry, yoghurts,\aqsw Read Full Review »

Our delivery, due on the 23rd December, did not arrive until 1.30pm on Christmas Eve with no paperwork to be able to check. Nobody contacted us and I made in excess of 20 calls to try and get this sorted out. I got placed on hold for long periods and then cut off. Got told I would get a call back, it never arrived.
I was promised free delivery and a £15 voucher and a refund for broken eggs.

Asda's website is a joke! No email option, few pictures, limited availability, poor software.
Their customer service is non-existent! Our Christmas order arrived 14 hours late, at almost 2 a.m. - we got no contact from them at all until midnight, despite calling several times to ask when we could expect delivery.

This is the worst store I have used for home shopping. They sent me subsituted items nothing like what i asked for, some of my items were out of date the day after delivery and I had to call 5 times each time getting through to South African call centre before I got my refund which at the time of writing this was 9 days and still not in my account Read Full Review »

got my shopping delivered on time polite driver, then realised they had taken double money out of my bank account, rang them back expecting a apology and for it to be rectified immediatley but no have to wait 7-10 working days, staff rude and unhelpful. Complete lack of communication, even the complaints department cannot fulfil promises made to get you off the phone. Admitted to employer blatantly lying to me, still not recieved answers as to what went wrong. What started as a simple order for a bed, from Asda Direct in April is still an unresolved problem !
