I ordered a Panasonic 42 inch plasma TH42PX70 on friday, and it arrived the following monday, which was very quick.

However, as I live in a block of flats, I had to help the delivery driver carry the TV up to the flat. I had also ordered a pedestal stand for the TV, which was missing the set of screws to hold the TV in place. I rang up the customer service, which was friendly and prompt enough, but it took 2 weeks for them to deliver. In addition, one had to wait around for the entire afternoon for delivery, which wasn't a problem for me as I work from home, but this can be an issue for others who have office or travel-based work.

Given that this website had mixed reviews, I was a bit hesistant at first, and wasn't impressed with the missing screws situation. I guess if you are ordering something which is popular and live in a relatively big city, delivery would be quick and prompt. However, I thought it was rather poor for them to deliver the pedestal with the missing screws, as obviously somebody else had a similar problem, which meant that the box delivered to me must have been raided for them (i.e., the screws).

I would recommend this store, but only if weekday daytime delivery is not a problem.
