Bunch of crooks. If it was possible I'd have given them 0/5. I was suspicious when the item didn't arrive within their stated timeframe so cancelled the order. They took my money anyway and over a month later they still have it despite repeated requests for a refund. They don't reply to emails and I can't get through on the phone. I ordered a Panasonic 42 inch plasma

I ordered a Panasonic 42 inch plasma TH42PX70 on friday, and it arrived the following monday, which was very quick.

However, as I live in a block of flats, I had to help the delivery driver carry the TV up to the flat. Ordering was ok the payment system is a bit outdated, no way of choosing delivery method. After a week i had to contact them and found out my order was out of stock and woulnd't be in stock for at least another 2 weeks.
