Fairly cranky website - poor address

Fairly cranky website - poor address field entry (did not have 2 lines to enter address before town), poor credit card entry (does not know to ask what kind of card to avoid unneccessary data entry to be disappointed e.g. does not even know about Amex, even to say no before you try) but good price.
