I found the site was easy to use and contained all the information that I needed to answer my various questions. Once I had decided which product suited my purpose I found the ordering system perfectly straightforward at each stage. It also displayed the price inc VAT at the press of a button which was useful. Fairly cranky website - poor address

Fairly cranky website - poor address field entry (did not have 2 lines to enter address before town), poor credit card entry (does not know to ask what kind of card to avoid unneccessary data entry to be disappointed e.g. does not even know about Amex, even to say no before you try) but good price. This is an excellent store with a wide range of stock. The products carry clear descriptions and specifications with helpful images to aid indentification, while the website is smooth and easy to navigate. A feature I particularly liked was the one-button switching to display all prices with or without VAT, which is useful for both business and private customers.
