Couldn't have been easier. Had to wait a few days for the item to be in stock but then ordering was very simple. I was able to choose my own delivery date. Purchasing on line was easy, the product I wanted was available and much cheaper than buying in the shop and it looks fantastic. The delivery company Dixons use were terrible, they could not find our address and when called the driver was abusive. I bought an LG TV and LG surround

I bought an LG TV and LG surround speakers. Speakers were delivered through DHL. I was at work and my neighbour signed to take receipt of the delivery. I do not know my neighbour and did not give permission for the delivery to be left at another address. This is my 3rd purchase from Dixons online, they've always had the product in stock and delivered within promised time. I've never had a reason to complain but take comfort from knowing that if I did, there would be someone in an office ready to answer the call, unlike previous experiences with less well-known retailers. Ordered ipod online expecting delivery

Ordered ipod online expecting delivery in 5 days. 'Phoned on day 6 when not received to be told Dixons had not yet managed to even send the ipod to the courier.
