Despite all the negative reviews regarding Dixons I ordered a Humax PVR Sat 10/01/09 because it was the cheapest price I could find on the internet. The 2.5% discount covered the postage plus nectar are offering triple points for this store. Received 2 emails from them and advised to wait for a third to confirm delivery.By Monday I heard nothing and their website was offline all day so could't track my order. I really didn't think the order was going to be depatched.On Tuesday morning at 6.20 I received 2 emails advising the item had been despatched to be delivered by DHL within the standard 3-5 day timescale. It was delivered the same afternoon! I was very pleased with the service and delivery time. The goods arrived in perfect condition.I would buy from them again with no hesitation.
