Ordered a washer dryer in early January

Ordered a washer dryer in early January - Wasn't delivered on the day agreed. No calls to say they wouldn't be arriving. Had to chase - customer services don't respond or call you back. Logged a formal complaint 5 days ago and heard nothing back.

Dont buy from them - useless customer care.
