I read the many negative reviews Dixons had received on the internet but decided to take a chance and order with them anyway. It proved to be a mistake because like so many other customers I received an e-mail a few days later apologising that they had ran out of my chosen item and would I like help in ordering something similar?
If you don't have sufficient stock, why advertise it?
