Ordered a laptop and it arrived within

Ordered a laptop and it arrived within the said time. Wasn't what i was looking for so arranged for a collection. They came within 2 days to collect. All good there, until that is, you try and get your money back. When you order an item they take the money instantly, so why would it take me 4 weeks to get my money back and only after numerous emails,and phone calls, and false promises of returning my phone calls and "your account will be credited within 5-7 working days" jargon that never materialised. Finally when I asked for Head Offices number, it was paid back into my account. The explaination? "Human Error"
