Ordered a washer dryer in early January - Wasn't delivered on the day agreed. No calls to say they wouldn't be arriving. Had to chase - customer services don't respond or call you back. Logged a formal complaint 5 days ago and heard nothing back.

The price(s) shown by Kelkoo for the product were mis-represented. The item I wanted was shown at £225 + free p&p, or £225 + £19.95 p&p. I naturally chose free p&p clicked on 'buy'. I read the many negative reviews Dixons had received on the internet but decided to take a chance and order with them anyway. It proved to be a mistake because like so many other customers I received an e-mail a few days later apologising that they had ran out of my chosen item and would I like help in ordering something similar?

Ordered a laptop and it arrived within the said time. Wasn't what i was looking for so arranged for a collection. They came within 2 days to collect. All good there, until that is, you try and get your money back. Absolutely Terrible.

Ordered TV and Stand then 3 weeks later I was told the stand was unavailable. Ok so just deliver the TV. Arranged delivery, automated service did not work to tell me what the four hour time time slot was (you ring it the night before).
