FROM THE MOMENT CURRYS HAD OUR MONEY THE CUSTOMER CARE ENDED THE DELIVERY WAS LATE THEY DIDNT INSTALL AND THEY THREW THE WRAPPING OF THE MACHINE OVER OUR FENCE! THE MACHINE BROKE DOWN IN TWO MONTHS AND THEY TOOK 5 WEEKS TO OFFER US A NEW ONE THEY DIDNT RETURN OUR CALLS ONCE AND THEY TOOK AN AGE TO REFUND i DIDNT RECEIVE AN APOLOGY ONCE.
i WOULDNT BUY A KETTLE IN CURRYS LET ALONE A MAJOR APPLIANCE.... Read Full Review »

Ordered a tumble dryer & expected

Ordered a tumble dryer & expected delivery within 10 days as specified on website as the item was in stock. 7 days later, I had to phone Currys to enquire when delivery would take place as no contact was made.I was told that it was not in stock & that the delivery date to the warehouse was unknown & my delivery could be a few weeks.
