was going to spend a lot of money with this place, but due to attitude of staff, in person and on phone, I don't think I'll bother. I'm amazed that this mob actually sell anything! Absolutely terrible service and annoyingly they have every reason I'm going to say listed in their own small print so if you experience problems you can forget an apology or compensation. I went to buy £3000 pounds worh of appliances.Got a fantastic discount and a good deal on a stero (which i wanted the most)from the manager who then handed us to a sales woman. she tried desperately to take our money.if we pay now she will ring us when the items are ready for delivery could be up to six weeks.No thanks ill just take the stereo then!!sorry sir the display model we agreed a price on... Poor, very disappointing. Phoned me the evening before the agreed delivery date (5 days after placing the order), to say the lorry is full and delivery has been rearranged for the following week... not even an apology. Had taken the day off work so called customer services who were less than helpful and still offered no apology.

We got the item from the cheltenham store. when we asked to see the cleaners burshes and wand the sales chap did not want to show us them, but it was a case of no show then no sale.

At the till he wanted us to take out the 3 year "swap it if it broke" deal for £20. when i said no he dropt it to £10 in a heart beat.

Could not provide an answer as to why they needed my name and address for the purchase of a £50 vacuum cleaner and, when I (very politely) refused to give it, another member of staff on the next till to me started yelling at me that it would be 'my tough luck' if I lost my receipt and mouthing off and sniggerin...
