I went into Curry's to buy a printer.

Because it was the last one left and on display, the shop assistant didn't realize there was no power cable when he packed the printer into the box. when buying a 42inch plasma screen from currys i decided to put the finance in my name as i held the t.v liscence in our home, we did the 1year interest free option, after a few weeks of having the tele we get a letter in the post for my husband saying that as he bought a tv from currys with no liscence we were going to be taken to court and ordered to pay a fine!!! got 42 plasma from shop at rotherham only got used at weekend`s when i come home 53 weeks later had a falt got sound no pic phoned currys got no help phoned techguys
it will cost over £400 pound`s to fix i only paid £ 800 for it. had 2 years man-warranty with it got paper-work

A number of the reviews relate to Curry's appalling customer service and returns policy. I tried to return a camera that broke within a month of purchase and they refused to accept the return. Their customer service and attitude was the worst I have experienced - at one point they told me they would provide a refund if I went to a store - I went and they changed their mind after I'd waited... I can honestly say I have never received poorer customer service anywhere than today at Currys.digital

I went into the store looking to spend upwards of £300 on a Camcorder AND warranty only to be met with the most unhelpful sales assistant and equally unhelpful sales manager ever.
