After checking prices online, i decided to buy a Compaq CQ60 Laptop from Currys. I reserved online at 4.00pm, then collected at 6.00pm locally. Job done. DO NOT USE CURRYS! Ordered a washing

DO NOT USE CURRYS! Ordered a washing machine instore for home delivery. System was down so they could not give a delivery date, but promised someone would call within 24 hours. 3 days later and numerous phone calls to them cancelled order and went to another retailer. These Would rather use a more expensive retailer as it's less hassle than dealing with these idiots. Read Full Review »

Well I have to say that all those folks who recieved poor customer service must have had bad luck or I had good luck today. I went into Currys in Stevenage today and told the sales guy that i had no intention of buying anything today but needed advice on which LCD TV would suit my requirements. The Curry's store I use is managed by the most indifferent man - having bought many expensive TV's from there to do an interior design job for many apartments, he still ignores me when I go in. I consider it downright rude and if Curry's go under during this recession it will not surprise me if this is the kind of person that represents the senior staff they employ. Read Full Review »

Our Miele dishwasher was delivered in

DON'T BUY FROM CURRYS! The staff will sell you quickly and efficiently BUT God help you if anything goes wrong! I bought a Toshiba DVD/HDD from them which was obviously not right from the beginning -they did an exchange within their exchange policy but machine 2 wasn't any better. not satisfied with customer care when faulty goods are returned after 2 months of buying items only repaired not renewed and customers made out to be lying about faults staffs attitude to customers is could not care its not their problem. customer left without use of items until they are repaired or replaced even though items are fully paid for. I went into Curry's to buy a printer.

Because it was the last one left and on display, the shop assistant didn't realize there was no power cable when he packed the printer into the box. So I walked the 1 mile home with printer in hand, before I realized there was no cable.
