Ordered two CDs. I had an email saying

Ordered two CDs. I had an email saying they had been despatched, but then a second email saying one was out of stock. I've told them to change the wording of the first email!!! Received one brand new well-packaged CD after six days, not bad given how cheap it was. Also had a very prompt refund to my credit card for the CD they didn't have. Good customer service too, email response within one or two days and you get a personal response from a human being, which actually corresponds to the quetion you ask!
