    I shopped around for a while to find the best price on a Sony LCD TV and Home Cinema system and came across Laskys.com. I remember the old stores fondly and decided to check them out.

    The site is really good and they had in stock the exact system and TV that I was after at a very cheap price.

    I submitted a query about a DVD recorder on the Laskys website and had a telephone call about two hours later.

    The member of staff was very efficient and knew his stuff so was able to answer my question very quickly. I purchased the DVD recorder because of the excellent level of service (and v. cheap price) they offered me and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Read Full Review »

    Great website - very professional and easy to find the products. Is this new? Haven't heard about this website before. Was a bit worried ordering from here as I never heard of it, but the prices are great so I decided to try it. Ordering process was easy and my TV was delivered right on time.

    I ordered a Sony KDL-20S2030 TV from the Laskys website, which showed this item as being in stock.
    Laskys debited my card immediately but I didn't receive the TV until 12 days later.
    One Laskys call centre operative was helpful, another rude and officious. Also, Laskys does not respond to customer e-mails.

    Avoid these people. They do not respond to emails or 'price promise' claims. It's almost as if there's nobody there - maybe there isn't! If they can't deal with simple sales enquiries, imagine how difficult it's going to be to get anything done if something goes wrong. Read Full Review »
