    Some people reviewing Laskys didn't have a great experience with them, not the case for me. I ordered a Goodmans Microwave Oven from them on 25/1/09 and it was delivered on the morning of 28/01/09. I received an email to say it was on the way.     I ordered a microwave17/12/08. Delivery was quick, the item arrived on the 22nd. Unfortunately the operation manual was missing. I sent an e-mail using their feedback form.     I would reccomend this store for good range of products and price.
    I would never reccomend it for customer care or delivery.
    I ordered a washing machine on Jan 5th premium delivery was Jan 10th. Wrong machine was delivered but returned. However I had the unfortunate pleasure(?) of speaking with the customer services department. I had to make a dozen or more phone calls, and eventually got so annoyed with their attitude, that rather than wait three weeks for a replacement for the damaged item, I cancelled the whole order.     A very inflexible company who once they have your order are no longer interested. I needed to change delivery arrangements and they could not have been less helpful.

    Their managers cannot accept incoming calls and can only be contacted by customer services passing a message to them to call you back (ha ha, like thats gonna happen!!)
