Ordered a Hotpoint fridge freezer 8th Dec 2010. Turned up on time, however it was damaged / faulty, by way of the fan housing being broken, and hence fouling the fan blade, so no cooling effect. Rang Laskeys who wouldnt do anything until their "technician" had been out to it first, which wasted several days of our time, once again waiting in for people to turn up. Have to agree with the comments of other reviews - absolutely the worst delivery service of any of the online stores.

Ordered a small fridge and despite 5 calls from the driver on the day of delivery did not arrive. Apparently about a third of that day's shipment didn't make it to the destinations.

They offered that they would put it on the next delivery .. in one weeks time.

Just a joke.

I took the day off work (and I am self employed so that actually costs me!) so that I could be at home to receive delivery of my order and yet on the day the order was expected at 11.35am I was contacted Lasky's to be told that it's out of stock.

Purchasing from Laskys? Buyer Beware!

You may get cheap prices but expect poor customer service if you have a problem.

We purchased a TV from Laskys in May 09 which developed a fault in November. They collected the TV from us on 20th November with no offer of a replacement. We've been chasing for the return of the repaired item ever since. They faithfully promised to deliver before Christmas.

Bought a large radio (Pure Evoke 3), it had no packaging other than it's own box which wasn't even taped up. Anyone could have dipped there hand in en route and helped themselves to what was in it. Also didn't receive a notificatio of when it was dispatched which would have been helpful.

I ordered a washing machine through Laskys and paid for premium delivery. I booked a day off work on the delivery date, and also booked a plumber for the following day. The washing machine was not delivered. When I called the company, they said that they had run out of time to deliver my washing machine, so they had taken it back to the depot.
