I ordered a new washing machine on 17/08/07. Chose delivery on 22/08/07.
Immediately received an email confirming my order.
Received an email on evening of 21/08/07 informing me of time of delivery, between 1030 and 1330 on 22/08/07.
Machine delivered at 1130 on 22/08/07. Deliverymen very helpful, unpacked and checked appliance and removed old machine as arranged.

Having had a bad experience with another on-line retailer I purchased from this store after 'phoning to check availability of the item I was wanting.

Lee was very helpful, availability confirmed and delivery arranged. A 3 hour time slot was confirmed by email and the goods arrived this morning as notified.

Came to this company following an APPALLING experience with one based in Sussex, clue to their name contained in their location - full report about it on their site!

Ordered via website with ease, could choose delivery day from Wed or Fri. Night before delivery you are notified of approx 3 hr delivery time slot so can plan AM or PM to wait in. Very useful facility.

Before I placed my order I was given a choice of delivery dates, and was able to select one in 7 days time when I had the day off work. So impressed, easy to order online, kept in touch letting me know what was happening and delivered within 48 hours. This is what internet shopping should be like.
A big thankyou to the delivery guys, helpful and polite. I was actually embarrassed that I did not have anything less than a twenty as they really did deserve at least a fiver for a drink later.

This was an excellent on line shopping experience. The price of the washing machine was very competitive and included delivery. There was choice of dates for delivery, including Saturdays. My first choice date was available and I was given a 3 hour delivery slot. Beware - they delivered it half an hour early! I highly recommend this store. Read Full Review »
