Just had a new washing machine delivered. The polish people who delivered it very freindly.Unpacked the washing machine to find 2 dents on right hand side. The driver made a phone and the problem was sorted. They offered me a replacement or a 10% refund. Very happy with the customer relations would buy from them again. I ordered my washer at 16.00 Tuesday and it was delivered 07.30 Thursday.This company appears to have created the holy grail in online retail in that it supplies in two days and is the cheapest option. Very busines like from start to finish. Telephone order taken by someone who knew what he was talking about (nice change). Very helpful, quick and polite. Dishwasher was in stock - delivery could have been next day but arranged for following week. E-mail acknowledgement almost immediately. Reminder email about delivery day before. Needed a new washing machine and this was the best offer on the net, however my choice of store was down to the good reviews on this site and not just the price.
Ordered Tuesday am and was delivered wednesday lunchtime. Information on delivery was emailed to me Tuesday night so arrangements could be made.The speed of delivey is excellent!

I placed the order about 11.40 on 23/01/08 and received an acknowledgment at 11.49 followed at 15.12 by a delivery slot (9.44 to 12.14 on 24/01/08) and at 20.22 by dispatch advice. Ordered Tumble Dryer late Sunday,

Ordered Tumble Dryer late Sunday, arrived Tuesday.
I was kept advised of delivery at all times by telephone as there was a system error. Delivery men unpacked the Dryer, took away the packaging and placed the dryer in situ after checking it for defects.
Pleasant excellent service......will definitely use again and recommend to friends.

Product arrived with no outer packaging and the box was badly damaged. This was a Christmas present but had my name and address on a big sticky label that would not peel off.
