I would highly recommend this store. I ordered a new tumble dryer on 3rd January and chose for it to be delivered on 6th January. I was kept informed via email of the process and received an email and text message the evening before delivery confirming a time slot. The dryer arrived on time. I ordered at around 6pm on 29th Dec, expecting a bit of a delay due to the time of year. My order arrived at 9am the following morning. Can't possibly fault this service, having fallen foul a number of times to deliveries recently. I needed a replacement microwave so phoned all the shops for their best sales prices. I was disappointed not to get the model I wanted at a discount so I searched the internet. Electrical 123 were the cheapest ANYWHERE and offered free next day delivery (on New Years Eve!). Vacuum delivered on time and in perfect order. This is an upgrade to a Dyson DC07 which I have had for 6 years. Early indications are excelent and the suction on this model is much better than my old vacuum cleaner. Would recommend both item and store. Read Full Review »

Having had considerable problems with another supplier, confirming stock availability and delivery date several times, and then postponing at the last minute, my dealings with electrical123 were like a breath of fresh air!

Not only was the appliance I wanted in stock, it was cheaper than I had found anywhere else, and they delivered the very next day!
