Exceptionally pleasant experience

Exceptionally pleasant experience purchasing a Bosch washing machine at the best price I could find in a very wide search. This included removal of old machine. Delivered in the first minute (a coincidence according to the delivery man) of a 2 hr time window given the previous day by email. Very tidy and courteous delivery with inspection. Communications overall were very good. I installed the machine myself but due to an ambiguity in the Bosch instructions I contacted Electrical123 customer service. Response excellent!! They agreed with my difficulty and rang me back with the answer within 10 minutes after contacting Bosch (who in turn had agreed and apologised for the lack of clarity in the instructions). Highly recommended!
