Ordered a Miele W562 washing machine by

Ordered a Miele W562 washing machine by phone- customer sevice was courteous, answered all of my questions without rushing me, and even told me that if I printed out the email receipt and sent it into Miele with the registration card, I would get a free 5 yr guarantee instead of the standard 2 yr. Delivery was free and could have been next day, but I chose a day convenient to me and the deliverymen were on time, hardworking, and efficient. They didn't even grumble at having to carry the *extremely* heavy Miele washer up my narrow, difficult stairway to the first floor! Took away my old washer too (there is a small, reasonable fee for removals). Great company- will be recommending this website to all my friends!!
