Electrical 123

Product arrived with no outer packaging

Product arrived with no outer packaging and the box was badly damaged. This was a Christmas present but had my name and address on a big sticky label that would not peel off. When I emailed them, they didn';t even have the courtesy to reply. I will not be using them again, no matter how competitive the price.
