Very easy, quick, efficient, reliable

Very easy, quick, efficient, reliable and helpful - and one of the cheapest prices.

Washing Machine ordered over the phone (in order to confirm stock) at 4pm Thursday. Phone answered straight away and the chap on the end was very helpful. Delivery and pickup of old machine arranged for Saturday (2 days later) which I'd already been able to check on their website. The price was very competitive especially with delivery and pick up taken into account.

Confirmation email 2 minutes later, delivery instructions the next morning then a confirmation of delivery time by lunchtime along with the dispatch advice all by email. Text message on Friday evening to confirm the delivery time.

On Saturday, the delivery van showed up right on time and 10 minutes later we had a new machine, the old one was removed and the delivery guy even reminded me to remove the transit bolts.

Special note from my wife - the delivery guys both wiped their feet on the way into the house and were very careful when taking the machine through the house - better than some high street store deliveries.
