Ordererd goods which were not delivererd

Ordererd goods which were not delivererd on day specified, despite waiting in all day for them. Tried to call customer services next day and could not get through. When eventually did get though they promissed to find out and call back but did not. They are good at taking you order but poor at everything after that.
