I ordered an LG Plasma TV and a TV table. Total value £1044+

I opted for the extra cost next day working day delivery.

Having submitted the order I quickly received two e-mails one from the company confirming the order stating a member of their team would contact me to arrange delivery time and a second from their payment handling branch confirming the payment had been authorised.

Purchased a Sharp LC42XD1E in January. Ordering via the website was a breeze, followed with instant email confirmation.

A few days later, i received a phone call from customer service to arrange a delivery date and time. Friendly and very efficient.

Swift email confirmation and a smooth process overall. Was kept in the loop once my order had been processed with another email confirming the delivery date. Had no trouble getting through to customer services (unlike some pureplay electricals retailers), who were polite and very helpful with my request to potentially rearrange delivery date.
