    I have tired to Order the New Panasonic

    I have tired to Order the New Panasonic SC-PT850EB-K, Which they have advert for sale. Just to be told that They will Not Have it in Stock till June, So Why are they Advertising it Now for SALE.
    I checked the Panasonic UK website and they are saying it will be on sell in the UK market place till the End of May 07.

    If my experience is anything to go buy then be very careful when ordering items "usually in stock". I ordered over 2 weeks ago and still dont have my TV. What I do have is 1 email sent the day after placing my order telling me about delivery issues on stock and nothing since. Totally unacceptable.. Read Full Review »

    I opted for the extra cost next day working day delivery.

    Having submitted the order I quickly received two e-mails one from the company confirming the order stating a member of their team would contact me to arrange delivery time and a second from their payment handling branch confirming the payment had been authorised.

    Swift email confirmation and a smooth process overall. Was kept in the loop once my order had been processed with another email confirming the delivery date. Had no trouble getting through to customer services (unlike some pureplay electricals retailers), who were polite and very helpful with my request to potentially rearrange delivery date.
