Swift email confirmation and a smooth

Swift email confirmation and a smooth process overall. Was kept in the loop once my order had been processed with another email confirming the delivery date. Had no trouble getting through to customer services (unlike some pureplay electricals retailers), who were polite and very helpful with my request to potentially rearrange delivery date.

Free three year warranty included for the LC42XD1e that I purchased from them.

Would highly recommend electrical experience!
