I ordered an LG television from EE, and

I ordered an LG television from EE, and the order process was quite satisfactory. I quickly received an email from them, asking me to phone them to arrange delivery. I attempted on many occasions to contact them, but the phone line was always engaged (with no ring back facility).
I resorted to email to ask them to contact me by phone to arrange delivery. I have now sent them 5 emails, and they have not had the courtesy to even reply to the mails, let alone ring to arrange delivery.
They are obviously very keen to take the money, but are not interested in customer service. I have now emailed them to cancel the order.
