Rang on Friday to check stock status of TV, and could they deliver on Saturday (defore placing the order). Assured it was in stock and available for delivery.

Called Saturday for the courier tracking info - no one could find it. Many calls later it transpired the consignment had disappeared. So cancelled the order and found another TV from John Lewis.

First rate service, fantastic price and so easy to order.
Ordered TV on wednesday got email asking me to phone for a delivery date phoned on Thursday was told delivery would be Monday - TV came 11 oclock Monday morning

The product I wanted was out of stock, however, the sales man was very helpful and gave me some options. I felt that he was honest with regards to the info given and I did not feel that he was in a hurry. My TV was delivered within 2 days. Extremely easy to order, product showed in stock, ordered on the Wednesday evening, got an email confirmation immediately which I liked, then I was called on the Thursday morning and delivery was arranged for the Friday, TV and stand arrived well packaged, all in all excellent service and I will be recommending to friends and family. I have tired to Order the New Panasonic

I have tired to Order the New Panasonic SC-PT850EB-K, Which they have advert for sale. Just to be told that They will Not Have it in Stock till June, So Why are they Advertising it Now for SALE.
I checked the Panasonic UK website and they are saying it will be on sell in the UK market place till the End of May 07.

If my experience is anything to go buy then be very careful when ordering items "usually in stock". I ordered over 2 weeks ago and still dont have my TV. What I do have is 1 email sent the day after placing my order telling me about delivery issues on stock and nothing since. Totally unacceptable.. Read Full Review »
