The Atlantic Shop

I've had so many dissapointments with this store that I'm almost certain I won't use them again, no matter how cheap their items may be. Firstly was the problem with the ordering system on their website - error messages for weeks. When I finally managed to order the combination oven from their site I was rather impressed with how promptly it was delivered, only to find that the box had clearly been dropped and the item badly broken. Now I enter the world of the customer service advisor. For the most part they are very pleasant at Altlantic but they just don't bother getting back to you when they say they will. So far I have been promised that new stock would arrive in two weeks and I would be telephoned with a delivery date. And was I? No. Upon ringing I find that the stock hadn't come in and no idea when their Buyer would be in to let me know. Having been promised a couple of days ago that they would get back to me that day, they have failed to do so again. Having taken the money out of my account three weeks ago I was hoping I would have had a combination oven in my kitchen by now. Instead we have a broken one sitting there waiting to be delivered and no clear idea about when we might receive our new one!
