Atlantic Shop's staff are superb - very helpful & did their very best to get our Dimplex SP9 to us - Thank you Sheila!
A big thank you to Dimplex for helping too.
We were let down by the carrier company - Expert Logistics - so make sure you find out whose delivering, as we too have a Logistics company & the service we got from Expert was deplorable.
Thank you again Atlantic we got our replacement fire the next day - different carrier!
