    Ordered Cheriton fire using internet on Sunday. Received email on Monday stating Customer service would phone to arrange delivery. They phoned on wednesday to say that the item would be delivered on friday. It arrived at 7am on Friday. Excellent service!! Also the cheapest price on the internet even with a delivery charge!!     Ordered a new dyson vacum cleaner. About £40 cheaper than anyone else I could find. Was told as I ordered it was in stock and would get to me in 3-7 working days. The only reason I didn't give full marks for the overall rating is because their delivery company nearly delivered the TV to the wrong address.     We were let down by the carrier company - Expert Logistics - so make sure you find out whose delivering, as we too have a Logistics company & the service we got from Expert was deplorable.
