if i order on a thursday and pay extra for first class delivery, i don't expect to be told that it could take up to 15 days beacause of royal mail?????? i have been waiting a week and the only reason i paid extra is so i could have for when i go on holiday. when i have asked for the royal mail tracking number they couldn't give it to me.....just told to send them an email, to which i have had no response.

when you phone, or should i say if they answer, you are greeted by the most unhelpful and quite rude people.

i'm confused about the order, first you tell me it was despatched on 22/01 yet on their website order tracking it was despatched today 28/01. then somehow i had returned it without even receiveing it on 27/01??

their t+c's - if i want to return it for a full refund i have to return it within 7 days of despatch,not delivery.....i haven't even got it and it's been a week......

shocking, shoddy, would not recommend. i ordered something else from another site (based in JERSEY!!!)on sunday night, asked for standard 1st class and it was here first thing tuesday????? must just be postal problems in surrey. no excuses for such a shoddy company.
