Audio Mania

I ordered an MP3 player on the 5th of

I ordered an MP3 player on the 5th of December as a Christmas present for my kids based on the 4/5 day delivery. I received an order confirmation from the company and one from PayPal telling me the payment had been taken. Two weeks later I have still not received my item.

I've phoned numerous times (never answered), left messages (never returned) and sent emails before I got an answer telling me it must have got lost in the post and attaching a royal mail claim form. When I asked for confirmation of dispatch I got the reply "we have now canceled your order".

No response to further emails, no MP3 player, no not shopping there again.
