I ordered a guitar from the site. The best UK web price I could find was £189.99 plus £40 delivery as I live in N Ireland. Playback offered it at £163 including delivery. Ordered on the Saturday and it arrived the following Wednesday in pristine condition. It even included an extra box with plectrums, guitar tuner, spare strings and a gig bag, which I wasn't expecting. They kept me informed by email throughout the process.
