Espares should ne call NEE

Espares should ne call NEE spares.

Despite the fact they say on KELKOO that item is in stock and delivery is 3-5 days they took my money straight away and I waited 2 weeks and nothing arrived.THEY HAVE NO STOCK and it was going to be 28 days . They NEVER got in touch to say NO stock despite what is stated on Kelkoo and 3 - 5 days delivery.LOUSY customer service they never had the decency to tell me NO stock and that it was going to be 28 days.They replied saying order was in process. When I cancelled they said I had to wait 3 - 5 days for a refund,, NOT ON they were quick to take my money I demanded it straight back.Vax vo26 also lousy product for reliabilty. Used three times worked fantastic then wouldnt work for fourth time just out of warranty.Forget about cleaning for storage just use it 3 times then BIN it.Better still dont waste money on vax or espares
