Ordered a new slimmer dishwasher cutlery basket for my Bosch dishwasher - the old one was simply too big for the actual size of the dishwasher. What can I say? I got the item within a few days and it was as described. Happy with my purchase and communication - am going back for more Bosch spares and I need an oven element now too. Espares should ne call NEE spares.

Despite the fact they say on KELKOO that item is in stock and delivery is 3-5 days they took my money straight away and I waited 2 weeks and nothing arrived.THEY HAVE NO STOCK and it was going to be 28 days . They NEVER got in touch to say NO stock despite what is stated on Kelkoo and 3 - 5 days delivery.LOUSY customer service they never had the decency to tell ... Read Full Review »

Great service if you have a after sales

Great service if you have a after sales query they are very helpful, deliver on time. If you want the same product at a higher price with a company the promise next day delivery and it turns up 2 days later, lose your order in the warehouse with no after sales service and do not respond to emails then yes go to Partmaster. As with the review above I ordered a spare part and when it was delivered it had not come from espares at all, it was from another company.

We supply some 300,000 spare parts but unfortunately cannot fit all of them in our warehouse. We have agreements with some of our suppliers to directly despatch the items to customers. This saves us space and speeds up the delivery of the item to the customer by a few days (instead of it coming here first then being sent on to the customer).
All orders are placed on our secure system and only the address details are forwarded on to suppliers. The credit card details are not forwarded on to anyone else. Whilst I do understand peoples fears of purchasing online I would like to state that our payment system is extremely secure, our IT team make sure of that!

I have used espares on 2 occasions. firstly for a sald box in the fridge and then a few months later for some bags for my "Henry" vacuum cleaner. On both occasons the items arrived within a week. The shelves were a fair price , but the bags were as cheap as I had seen them else where. I've not seen any parts for my Allen 218si mower yet though! Read Full Review »

I wouldnt use this store again - however big they are - in my experience what I saw on-line didnt match the product that was delivered and it seems to have come from an entirely different supplier than the one I thought I was ordering from.
I would pay a litle more next time and go direct to the manufacturer. Read Full Review »
