I wish I had seen these reviews before I placed my order for the GHD MK4....what a disappointment! I have ordered the GHD MK4 and the travel pouch only because they guaranteed following day delivery. The worst online shopping experience ever

Waiting nearly 2 months for my order now - have complained over 10 times and no response.

HQHAIR.COM PRICES ARE MUCH MUCH DEARER THAN OTHER SITES OUT THERE, DON'T BUY FROM THEM.
Anyone thinking of purchasing goods from this company, once received goods check the expiry date and if the goods in the box is what you've ordered. Ordered GHD hair straighteners on 14

Ordered GHD hair straighteners on 14 December -plenty of time for them to arive for christmas as the website states they will be posted special delivery.

1 Week later they have not arrived.. and also i notice they have double charged my account!

Customer services will not reply via email and the phone system hangs up on me. Really not happy.

Had used this stored in the past with ok results but had an apalling experience when they sent the wrong goods TWICE and I eventually had to send formal legal-style letter before getting a refund.
