I do loads of shopping online and have to say that this is possibly the worst online store I have ever come across.
I've used it twice (thinking that maybe my first experience was just bad luck) but I shouldn't have bothered. Very poor delivery /despatch service (orders late, incorrect, never arriving etc..) and customer care is non-existent. Of course your money comes out of your account immediately though! Some people seem to have had really good experiences but these people have just been very very lucky in my opinion. This store is not worth wasting your time and money on. There are so many great online beauty stores out there - poor service like this does not deserve our custom. With the amount of complaints they must get I'm surprised they are still operating. I will never use them again and will be recommending to all my friends and colleagues not to as well.
